Camotes Island, Cebu, Philippines

Camotes Island:
Camotes Island is part form of Islands of Cebu Province, in the Philippines.

The Camotes are low-lying islands. There is only one hill on Pacijan and another hill on Poro. These hills are used by a telecommunications company for relay stations. Pacijan has a fresh-water lake around two kilometers in length. Palm trees are the dominant plant on the islands. There are also numerous native varieties of fruit trees and other plants.

Beach resorts:
There are lots of resorts to choose from.

How to get there:
From Cebu City you need to ride a V-hire or jeep to Danao City then from Danao City ride a pumpboat or roll-on roll-of boat(ro-ro) going to the island.

Is the Island where the water is crystal clear blue, white sandy beaches, delicious sea foods, and pleasant town. The stunning sunset will really spice the romantic beach walk.

How to get there (From Cebu City)

If you are coming from Mactan International Airport Ride a Taxi going to North Bus Terminal

From North Bus Terminal to hagnaya you can ride a Bus(Ceres Liner, D'Rough Riders) I myself recommend the Ceres Liner Bus for this trip. And make it sure that the sign board of the bus is Daan Bantayan and or Hagnaya.

There is another option, you can ride a Van for Hire for a non-stop trip.

From hagnaya port  to port of Sta. Fe

You can ride the Roll-on Roll-Off boat(Ro-Ro) and also you can bring your vehicle into the island. Or you can ride a fastcraft.
